Girl Scout Day Programs At Horizons at Hemlock: 13220 Yates Ford Road, Clifton VA 20124

• September 23^, 2023-  (Daisy, Brownie, Junior) – Join Horizons at Hemlock Overlook Regional Park for a fun-filled day focused on younger scouts! Troops will play outdoor games, work together as a team, and hone their hiking skills, earning Brownie scouts their Hiker badge and meeting several requirements for the Outdoor Adventurer badge. Junior scouts will complete activities needed for their Camper and Animal Habitats badges.

• October 21, 2023 - (Cadette, Senior, Ambassador) - Bring your troop together for a day of team building and personal challenge at Horizons at Hemlock Overlook Regional Park! This day is designed to build meaningful relationships amongst troop members and offers personal growth opportunities and A LOT OF FUN!

These Saturday programs will run from 9 am – 4 pm. We ask that all troops bring a packed lunch and afternoon snack from home. Programs have been thoughtfully designed by our Director, Dave Heath, who comes to us with over 30 years of experience in the outdoor industry and is leading the charge at Hemlock Overlook Regional Park to get the facility and programming back and better than ever!

For these day programs, we prefer to keep to a 2:10 or 2:12 ratio of adults to scouts to allow as many scouts as possible the opportunity for programming. These scout day programs will cost of $50.00 – $75.00 for a full day. Please reply to this email for a custom quote for your troop.
